Sierra Spray has achieved these goals in innovation and custom design for process abilities, and it is a finishing Paint application facility specializing in “custom wet and powder coatings” for the Military & Aerospace industries.
Sierra Spray Painting, established in 1996 by Robert Conte, carries forward a legacy of craftsmanship and dedication. As the son of a landed immigrant from Italy and a third-generation painter, Robert was raised with the values of hard work and precision. From a young age, he mastered the art of painting surfaces using conventional tools, brushes, rollers, and meticulous surface preparation, under the guidance of his father, who always emphasized one principle: take pride in everything you do, because your work speaks louder than words.

Sierra has achieved our AS9100 standard following strict quality control procedures. For the last two years, Sierra has completed work for a large majority of the major manufacturers in the Aerospace industry with full approvals (see approval list) for their painting processes. Our proven successful history, along with obtaining the prestigious AS9100 certification, is allowing our company to reach our goals as an industry leader.
